When is my payment taken from my card?
All payments are made via a secure payment link. A 25% deposit is requested within 24 hours of booking, and full payment is requested 10 days before arrival.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when a 25% deposit is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your contract rental agreement.
What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
You will be charged a 25% deposit at booking. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will result in being charged the full balance of your booking.
What information do you need to book a car?
To confirm your booking, we require full flight details, a Spanish address, your home address, driving licence numbers, passport numbers, and a mobile contact number. Include any additional driver information if applicable.
Can I collect the car from one airport and return it to a different airport?
No, you will need to return your car to the same location you collected it from.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?

How long will I wait for my car at the airport?
There are no queues. You will be met at arrivals and shown directly to your car. We aim for you to leave the airport within 10 minutes.
Can I extend my booking after picking up the vehicle?
Yes, depending on availability. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us at +34 711 034 812.
Can I drive the vehicle outside of Spain?
No, our vehicles are only insured for driving within mainland Spain.
Can I smoke in your cars?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
What do I need to carry with me when I drive?
Always carry a copy of your contract agreement, driving licence, and passport when driving.
What happens if I get a flat tyre?
Tyres are the responsibility of the hirer. If any tyres get damaged or punctured, you will need to replace them before returning the car. If you cannot, contact us at +34 711 034 812 and we will arrange for a mobile tyre service. The new tyre must be replaced with a similar brand. If the vehicle is returned with a damaged/punctured tyre, you will be charged the replacement cost plus a €25 administration fee. Tyres are not covered by our insurance waiver.
What happens if I refuel the car with the incorrect fuel type?
You will be charged €375 plus the full refuelling of the vehicle.
What happens if I lose my car key?
You will be charged for a replacement key of €300. This is not covered by our insurance waiver that is included within your price.
What is your fuel policy?
The car will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and it must be returned with a full tank. If not, you will be charged the refuelling cost plus a €25 administration fee.
What baby car seats do you offer?
We offer multi-use baby seats (front and rear facing, from 0-19kgs) and booster seats (without backs).

What is the minimum age for hiring a car?
You must be over 25 years old and have held a full driver’s licence for more than 3 years.
